Hugging Face has announced SimReady Central, an open library of more than 2,000 simulation-ready OpenUSD assets for robotics and AI factory digital twins. Unlike raw CAD models, these assets come with properties needed for simulation workflows, such as collision geometry, mass, friction, joint structure, semantic labels, and sensor attributes.

The library includes robot arms and grippers from manufacturers such as Comau, FANUC, Franka Robotics, Robotiq, Standard Bots, and Universal Robots, as well as warehouse racks, server racks, cooling equipment, and household appliances from other contributors. Developers can inspect which capabilities each asset supports and combine assets from different suppliers into a single scene.

Equipment manufacturers can prepare and validate assets against SimReady Foundation profiles, then submit them through the SimReady Central submission skill. The library gives OEMs a way to distribute assets to developers and lets end customers test and simulate scenarios faster. The assets are free and ungated, intended as a starting point for physical AI training environments and AI factory digital twins.
