OpenAI has announced a cluster of enterprise-focused moves. The new OpenAI Partner Network comes with a $150M investment to help global partners speed up AI adoption, deployment, and transformation. In parallel, three new Academy courses are designed to help people build practical AI skills, create repeatable workflows, and apply agents in everyday work.

On the infrastructure side, OpenAI plans to acquire Ona to expand Codex with secure, persistent cloud environments, enabling long-running AI agents across enterprise workflows. Separately, OpenAI models and Codex will be accessible through Oracle Cloud, letting customers use existing cloud commitments while keeping enterprise security and governance.

The announcements are complementary rather than conflicting: together they target the full enterprise path, from skills and workflows to deployment infrastructure. OpenAI is positioning itself as a provider of both the tools and the environment needed to put AI agents to work.
