The Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre has partnered with Ultrahuman to integrate the company's biological age algorithm into the Sahatna app, the emirate's national healthcare platform. Sahatna already lets users manage health records, consult doctors, and access genetic data; it will now also calculate a biological age based on sleep, cardiovascular, and blood markers.

The system is device agnostic, meaning residents do not need to own an Ultrahuman smart ring to receive the metric. The move reflects a broader shift toward wearables in clinical settings, as regulators and physicians become more receptive to such data. The health centre expects the combination of clinical and wearable information to enable earlier interventions, more targeted prevention, and more personalized recommendations.

However, it remains unclear whether authorities will use the data to identify specific individuals for direct outreach or leave that responsibility to users themselves. The announcement does not specify any mandate or enforcement mechanism, only that the feature will be available through the app.
