Anthropic announced Friday that it will invest $100 million into an academy dedicated to training AI talent. The program, called the Claude Frontier Academy, aims to prepare engineers to work with AI and help companies integrate the technology into their operations.

The academy will train 10,000 "frontier deployed engineers" by the end of 2027, according to the company's press release. Participants will be drawn from companies that are part of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, tying the training effort directly to its existing business ecosystem.

The investment signals Anthropic's push to expand the practical use of its AI models beyond direct customers, focusing on building a workforce that can deploy AI systems across industries.
