Columbia's latest promotional strategy centers on its free Greater Rewards loyalty program, which offers new members 15% off their first online order. According to WIRED, the code expires within 30 days and cannot be combined with any other Columbia discount. The program also includes free standard shipping and a 20% birthday discount for members.
The brand rewards deeper engagement: signing up for email notifications unlocks a $10-off code for purchases of $100 or more, while also subscribing to text notifications raises that to $20 off. Separately, Columbia offers a 10% discount to students, teachers, active and retired military members, and first responders, all verified through ID.me.
WIRED notes that off-season is the best time to buy snow gear, with some items already marked down by half. The roundup highlights trail shoes, waterproof boots, and jackets as current standouts, alongside the promo-code details for shoppers looking to stack seasonal savings.
