EliseAI said Tuesday it has raised $350 million at a $4 billion valuation, double what the company was worth when it closed its Series E last August. The round was co-led by existing backer Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Ventures.
The startup, founded in 2017, automates administrative and operational work for housing and healthcare companies. It says its software is used in one in six apartments across the country, and it passed $200 million in annual recurring revenue this summer. CEO Minna Song said the company targets housing and healthcare because they are two of the largest expenses for American households.
Earlier this month, EliseAI launched Apollo, an AI "teammate" built directly into its platform to handle leasing, maintenance, and renewals. On the healthcare side, the company automates patient-related paperwork for specialty physician groups, covering everything from the first inbound call through referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, chart prep, and follow-up.
