Floqer, a startup pitching at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026, offers an AI-powered customer knowledge platform for B2B sales and marketing teams. Its system uses AI agents to continuously research companies, people, and customer interactions, automatically building and updating prospect lists and contact details. Users describe what they are looking for, and the agents pull from sources like LinkedIn, company websites, and job boards, enriching accounts with data from more than 100 third-party providers.

The founders, Shivam Mahajan and Zaaheda Islam, initially built a Chrome extension called Super Chat. After noticing enterprise customers using it to clean CRM data, they pivoted to Floqer. The core problem is manual: sales teams spend hours searching for prospects and keeping records current. Floqer automates that research and monitors the web for changes, such as job moves or funding news, updating records automatically.

Floqer plans to open-source its autonomous customer knowledge database in early 2027, pending security reviews, in response to demand from companies that want to host their own data or build on the technology. The startup reports over $1.2 million in annual recurring revenue, roughly tenfold growth over the past year, and more than 1,000 customers, including Perplexity, Wise, and AngelList. It has raised $2 million in pre-seed funding and employs eight people.
