Flow Engineering, a three-year-old San Francisco startup, has raised $50 million in Series B funding at a $750 million valuation. The round was co-led by Antonio Gracias's Valar Equity Partners and Gavin Baker's Atreides Management, with Sequoia Capital also participating. Former Sequoia partner Roelof Botha invested as an individual and has joined Flow's board.
Sequoia, which led Flow's Series A last October, is backing the company as it builds AI agents for hardware design. Flow's tools are aimed at automatically aligning CAD drawings with product requirements, simulation results, and other testing data.
The startup says its customers include Anduril, Rivian, Joby Aviation, GM PPU, RV Tech, and Stoke Space. The new funding extends a period of strong investor interest in AI-driven engineering tools.
