London-based wellness marketplace Healf has taken the top spot in this year's Sifted 250, a ranking of Europe's fastest-growing startups by compound annual growth rate in revenue over three years. The company, cofounded by brothers Lestat McCree and Max Clarke, recorded a CAGR of 8,745%, with revenue climbing from €217k in 2022 to €31.0m in 2025.
Healf's growth reflects rising demand for wellness products, and the company has expanded its range beyond supplements to include categories such as gut health, sleep, and skincare. The founders previously built a business that was acquired for $3m, and they have said the goal now is to reach $3bn in sales, noting that the current trajectory would put them at $1bn in the next few years.
The Sifted 250 also features other notable European startups, including Spanish AI company Aelay and German fintech Billie, among others. The ranking is based on revenue data over a three-year period, and Sifted notes that the list includes companies from a range of sectors, with some achieving high growth from a smaller revenue base.
