Bobby Healy, the chief executive of Irish drone delivery startup Manna, has moved to Oklahoma. According to Sifted, Healy said: "The US is open for business, Europe is not." The move is a personal and corporate vote of confidence in the American business climate.

Healy's comments add to a chorus of European founders who complain about regulation and bureaucracy in the EU. By relocating to the US, he is voting with his feet. The contrast in attitudes towards business could not be starker, in his view.
