Marshall has expanded its Bromley lineup with the Bromley 150, which the company describes as its smallest and most portable party speaker to date. According to Engadget, the speaker weighs 14 pounds and is roughly half the size of the Bromley 450, while retaining the brand's classic aesthetic and front-facing lights.

The speaker is designed for portability, with a built-in handle and dirt- and splash-resistant construction. It includes true stereo sound, two inputs with independent volume knobs for microphones and instruments, and a physical EQ that does not require an app. Battery life is rated at about 40 hours per charge.

The Bromley 150 is available for preorder at $500, with shipments scheduled to begin October 13. That is $300 less than the Bromley 450. Engadget notes that the cheaper Marshall Stockwell III, at $250, is not a party speaker and may lack volume by comparison.
