TechCrunch reports that Natura, founded by Carlo Edoardo Ferraris, is launching Interface, a $99 smart ring designed for interacting with AI agents. Users press the ring to speak requests, and responses arrive via connected headphones, iPhone Live Activity, or the NatureOS app. At launch it will work with agents including ChatGPT, Claude, Grok Bot, Instinct, and Meta's Muse.

Unlike most smart rings, which focus on health tracking, Interface combines that with agent control. It monitors heart rate, HRV, sleep stages, movement, and skin temperature. Natura says battery life is six to twelve days and full recharge takes 100 minutes. The company plans to charge a $9 monthly subscription after an initial three-to-six-month free period, and says it will raise the $99 launch price later.

Ferraris said the ring is meant to let people look up from their phones and access agents 24/7, including in the shower or while sleeping. Natura previously made AI earbuds called HumanPods but decided a ring was a better form factor. The company sees the ring eventually replacing many screen-based tasks, though it expects early adopters to be people who already use personal agents.
