Ultrahuman has partnered with FibriCheck to launch Heart Scan, an on-demand heart rhythm check for Ring Air and Ring Pro users. The feature extends the company's existing Atrial Fibrillation add-on, which monitors heart rhythm during sleep, by allowing users to run a spot check whenever they feel something is off.
To use the scan, a user opens the Ultrahuman app and sits still for 60 seconds while the test runs. FibriCheck's algorithm analyzes the data, and the app compiles the results into a PDF that can be shared with a healthcare professional, showing the actual recording rather than a summary.
Heart Scan is being folded into the existing Afib Power Plug, so users who already pay for that add-on will not see an extra charge. The feature is only available in supported markets across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific; the source does not mention US availability.
