The biggest saving comes from choosing annual billing, which automatically cuts the price by 40% compared to paying month to month. A rotating promo code can then take an additional 10% off the annual plan, and the codes stack with the existing discount.
Three paid tiers are available. The Starter plan costs $12 per month billed annually (or $20 monthly) and includes 100 GB of storage, privacy controls, custom video players, and automatic captioning. The Standard plan, at $25 per month annually, adds 2 TB of storage, five seats, a brand kit, and AI-powered editing tools. The Advanced plan, $75 per month annually, offers 10 seats, 7 TB of storage, live streaming, and AI-generated chapters.
Businesses that need to sell or rent video content can also use Vimeo on Demand, while webinar tools support live events with pre-recorded segments and branding. Vimeo does not offer a free trial for paid plans, but it provides a free basic plan and refunds if you cancel within 14 days for annual subscriptions or 3 days for monthly ones.
