Tom's Hardware reviewed the Acer Swift Air 14 as a $699 aluminum budget laptop. The review praises the system for its many ports and long battery life, and notes that it features Wildcat Lake. Those qualities make it a practical choice for everyday use.
At the same time, the review is critical of the display, saying it is lesser than the screens on competing laptops. It also says the laptop comes with a substantial amount of bloatware, which detracts from the experience.
The overall picture from the review is a budget machine with strong connectivity and endurance, but with clear compromises in screen quality and software polish.
