Crusoe has secured an initial closing of its $3.9 billion Series F round, a major capital injection for its vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform. The company said the round was oversubscribed, reflecting robust investor interest in owning the full stack of AI compute — from energy and data centers to the software and services layer.
The new funding brings Crusoe's post-money valuation to $30.9 billion. Atreides Management, Mubadala Capital, and Valor Equity Partners co-led the round, according to the announcement. As an initial close, additional investors may still join before the round is finalized.
The size and structure of the raise underscore how AI infrastructure providers are being treated less as traditional data center operators and more as core platforms for the AI economy. Vertical integration appears to be a key selling point for investors seeking more control over cost, availability, and performance across the AI compute stack.
