Tom's Hardware reports that Elegoo's Saturn 4 Ultra 16K resin 3D printer is available for $399 during the Elegoo Day makers sale, a $250.99 saving from its usual $649.99. The deal ends September 29.
The 16K model is an upgraded version of the Saturn 4 Ultra that previously earned an Editor's Choice award. It has a 10-inch LCD with 11,520 x 5,120 resolution and 14-micron accuracy, plus an integrated vat heater that maintains 30°C for reliable printing in cold environments.
Other features include auto-bed leveling, tilt-release for faster print removal at 150mm/hr, mechanical sensors to prevent plate-screen crashes, power-loss recovery, and a built-in camera for monitoring and time-lapse. Build volume is slightly smaller than the original 4 Ultra.
