A modder known as SupraGSX has released an unofficial Windows XP 32-bit driver that supports Nvidia's Pascal-generation GPUs, including most GeForce 10-series cards and Quadro P-series models. The driver is built on Nvidia's 368.81 release, apparently the last Windows XP driver to support 9-series GPUs, and incorporates firmware from Quadro 376.84 drivers plus Video Protected Region support from a Windows 7 GeForce 378.78 driver.

The modded driver adds DisplayPort HBR2 and HBR3 support, HDMI 2.0 identification and mode-retry fail-safes, HDMI/DVI handling, and improved scaling and aspect-ratio options in the Nvidia Control Panel. Early user reports indicate it works well with ultrawide monitors at high refresh rates. The supported list covers GTX 1060 through 1080 Ti, TITAN X (Pascal) and TITAN Xp, plus Quadro M-series and P-series cards; GTX 1050 Ti support is experimental. The GT 1030 (GP108) is notably absent.

The project is being updated regularly, and the author is active on the Vogons forums for bug reports and feature requests. Some websites have described the project as "vibe-coded," but the repository does not mention that and the build instructions show no obvious signs of AI-generated code. A separate Windows XP 64-bit fork was deleted, though its binaries remain available on Mega. As with any unofficial driver, users should be cautious about installing it on systems where data safety is a concern.
