A GitHub developer has built NvidiaWatch, a tracker that aggregates Nvidia driver release notes and forum feedback. It currently monitors 462 driver bugs, and each bug gets a dedicated page so users can see whether a recent driver update addressed it.
The site also gives each driver update its own page with release notes, fixed bugs, and open issues. A chart breaks down how many known issues were fixed in that release, fixed later, remained open, or carried over from earlier drivers. The creator shared the project in late September and posted an update on r/Nvidia this week.
The tracker could help users avoid problematic updates, such as the fan control bug that arrived with the GeForce 595.59 driver. The article's author suggests a similar "WindowsWatch" site would be useful for Windows updates, though it would be more complicated because of the many Windows versions.
