TFG London, owner of Hobbs, Phase Eight, and Whistles, is responding to a cyberattack discovered on October 11. Several IT systems remain offline, and customers who placed orders on or after Sunday may face delays. Stores are open, but some website functions are unavailable while the investigation continues.

The company activated its incident response and business continuity plans, brought in external cybersecurity specialists, and notified UK authorities. It is still working to determine whether any personal or sensitive information was compromised. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider, and based on the investigation so far, TFG says it has no reason to believe payment details are at risk.

TFG has not disclosed how attackers gained access, whether ransomware was involved, or when full restoration is expected. The disruption appears limited to the three fashion brands; White Stuff, Inside Story, and operations in Africa and Australia run on separate systems and are unaffected.

The incident follows a hack at ASOS and reported claims involving H&M, but there is no evidence linking the three. The source notes that three major fashion businesses have faced cyber trouble in little more than a week, making incident response an unwelcome seasonal trend.
