The only source provided for this Law & Policy section is a Techdirt daily deal advertising the Academy of Game Art Bundle. The deal promotes courses on creating video game art, including using Inkscape for logos, 2D backgrounds, UI designs, and characters, plus a DragonBones course for character animation.
Nothing in the source touches on law, regulation, public policy, or legal analysis. It is a commercial promotion, not a policy document or news report.
Because the source is unrelated to the section's topic, any attempt to draw legal or policy conclusions from it would be speculation. This article therefore simply notes the mismatch rather than forcing a connection.
