Dragos, a cybersecurity company focused on operational technology (OT), has finalized the acquisitions of NetRise and runZero. The move comes on the heels of Accenture's $4.1 billion deal to acquire a majority stake in Dragos, part of a broader push into OT security.
With these acquisitions, Dragos adds NetRise's attack surface management and runZero's exposure management and network inventory capabilities to its existing platform. The combined offerings aim to give organizations broader visibility and control over connected OT environments.
The transactions were disclosed by SecurityWeek, which noted that the acquisitions are tied to the same $4.1 billion Accenture transaction. No further financial terms were provided in the report.
